All officials in goodstanding as of 08/31/2022 had their LSC crecentials extending until 12/31/2023. Once OTS is operational re-certification requirements will be sent out. Please remember each individual is responsible for registering themselves.

Recertification Requirements

Officials have a number of certifications they must maintain.  Below is the renewal schedule

USA Swimming Registration - annually

OSI Officials Re-Certification - two years

• A-L Odd Years
• M-Z Even Years

Officials who would be due for re-certification are exempted if they first became certified during that same year.

Background Check - two years
Expires two years after the last last completion date

Athlete Protection Training - annually
Expires one year after the last completion date

Concussion Training (Referees only) - annually
Expires one year after the last completion date
